I work in IT and they close the call with it not been resolved sent more that 10 emails and sent 30 mins on a call with lady that can't even help. is it to update a phone number when you have all the document and original ID this is poor service in my work place SLA request has 2hours to be resolved but it take mweb 5 days and counting . this is not how you run an IT Company they have no sense of time but they expect us to pay every month but they can't even do basic service deliver. manager and ceo need to step up there game

Paid for the ova Service but he takes 3 days to deliver. . Worst part it my chronic medication the truck has been in transit for more that 15 hours from Bloemfontein to Pretoria. This never Happens they are normally on time but this month. they Ase slacking and they can't promise a delivery today . Bad Service they need to up skill and keep at the dead lines.
So I have been Monitoring my internet for the last month and every night from 19:00 till 22:00 my internet is slow the sync speed is like 2mb and the ping to any server spikes to like 90 to 100ms. Early Morning and Late afternoon is fine great speed the ping is fine comes 19:00 it's a nightmare So streaming on this is useless Gaming on this is Useless because of the ping to the servers Viewing Content on the Internet is not fun at night bec of the decreased speed syncs. So why do Telkom users sign a contract that they need to uphold when Telkom can't uphold there service? I feel if one pays for a Service one needs to deliver
LTE with External Antenna gets lower Speed than a 4meg Line and you Pay 800 its A ****ing joke. Plus not to mention the Ping Spikes and Internet Connection Drops and when ever you helllopeter or Log a Call with Telkom the Ignore it or just say they will contact you and then boom nothing happens . So the last year and a half I have been on Telkom LTE uncapped Service 24month Contract. And its been a nightmare inconsistent internet ping Spikes and internet signal keeps on dropping. Last Week alone my internet keeps spiking from 1 bar to 4bar on the lte router with a External Antenna And if you Contact Telkom the Best advise they will give you is 'Rulani Constance: Thank you for the enquiry Hilton, please switch off your device, remove the sim card, switch it on without the sim card, wait for 2 to 3 minutes while it is showing the red light, switch it off again and insert the sim card and try to connect again.' Like really I am pretty sure I restarted this ****ing router and sim card 20 this week. Telkom LTE = not worth it wait for fiber everyone So can we get somebody from Telkom that Please assist and help this LTE from being a Nightmare because paying 800rand a month for so many problems is Really bad Service.
