This is by far the worst and most unfriendly experience I’ve ever had with an Online order. I was completely shocked that a brand could unapologetically give such bad service for an "out of stock online order paid for". Blaming the supplier for their out of stock. Surely they should not list the product online, if there is no stock? No apology given for the inconvenience caused. I was told by Cheryl (who's tone of email was very unfriendly and making it my problem: "If you are not happy please contact Payfast and ascertain why they are taking so long") Such poor unfriendly service! I do not personally recommend them and will never be purchasing from Absolute skin again. They lost me as a customer, never to return and I will tell all my connections.
