Swimming pool scam artist

So just to keep everyone in the loop on the progress of this matter.

Today I’ve been back to Access pools premises after being to small claims court. Was advise by the clerk of the court to send a letter of demand for my money and all expenses incurred due to this fraudster.

Went straight to Juan Diederiks of Access Pools and Handed over the letter of demand for him to refund my money.

Furthermore, I had a chat with the owner of a company called Advance Pools a Mr Gerhard Vermeulen who says Juan Diederiks use to work for him until he fired him for stealing customers deposit money for swimming pools. Getting clients to deposit money into his personal account and selling pools from a competitor. Advance Pools are also in the process of legal action against Juan Diederiks from Access Pools for stealing Advance Pools designs. I’ve also been told that apparently there are other clients also in the process of legal action against Juan Diederiks for taking payment and not delivering. So, as you can see, this guy Juan Diederiks from Access Pools is nothing but a scam artist out to defraud people.
