Tata RANDBURG, is very quickly to tell you what you want to hear to get you to buy a car, HOWEVER, their client service is very disappointing. When receiving my car, it was on empty, they didn't even have any fuel in the vehicle. Then afterwards, my car already started showing service due, WHICH IT OBVIOUSLY wasn't. 'Oh Sorry they probably forget to check' Now they require me to drive up and down on my own time and money to go to a branch to have this resolved, No sorry ma'am we will accommodate your inconvenience or anything, they rely on my entirely to get this resolved. And then I also get a sarcastic meme back when I tell them I am not happy with how they have dealt with this.
HONESTLY the worst service or assistance I received not only from a dealer, but sales person as well.
