Edenvale Branch - Stay Away
Edenvale Branch. STAY Away!!!!! They took the entire engine apart eventually when followed up we were informed the machanic left so the car was just standing for a month with no one working on it. Then they said they will give us a cheaper quote. When we received the new quote it was much more that the first quote. We then decided to take the car to another machanic we had to pay them almost R10,000.00 to get our car from the for a "Quote Fee" and that for no work being done. They a total ******* absoloute terrible, terrible service.

Naboom Auto Clinic ACD
Naboom Auto Clinic ACD is one workshop to avoid when going for a work interview. Not only do they treat u poorly, they are also don't register you for Mibco or UIF, which is deducted from your salary and not paid over to Mibco or UIF. When thinking about working for Naboom Auto Clinic ACD. Please keep this in mind and be prepared to be treated badly. They also don't pay the workers on time, pay only bits when the want to. They always says that the business isn't doing well while they buy houses and cars, etc

Very poor workmanship!!!
Ive been serving my 4 bakkies with these guys for the last few years with ok service. But they have declined over the years with very awful service and very bad workmanship! Stay away!!! These people are ******! Charged me R60k to fix a motor that broke within less than 20k km! Now they want another R4k to assess damage that they caused.

Bosch Car Service Auto Service & Diagnostics (SUNVALLEY) A huge thank you to Natasha and Marce! Thank you for your outstanding service and for guiding me through all the issues with my Jeep. Without both of you, I would have been at a loss with all the problems I encountered with my new vehicle. Bosch Car Service Auto performed a thorough inspection on the Jeep I purchased and found that it had many issues and was not even roadworthy. Thanks to your help, I felt confident and knew exactly what to say to Wesbank and the dealership.

Poor work on car Repair at ACD
I took my car for a clutch plate repair at ACD and when I fetched it there was a engine light showing on the cluster. And the technician said it will soon go away and it never did. I noticed after few days my car had a smell of something burned when I put on the ignition. I called ACD to tow the car back to their workshops they refused and insist I drive it to their workshop with a burning smell. I finally decided to just take the risk and drive it to their workshop in desperation to get it fixed. When I got there I was told I need to pay for the oxygen sensor repair to remove the engine sign. Nut when I took my car at ACD initially it didn't have an engine light sign. I took it the particularly for clutch plate replacement. At the moment my car is still at ACD and they are not communicating with me. Everytime I enquire about my car is as if they have no idea about my car even being there and no progress so far has been made to fix my car. I need my car fixed and with no engine light sign without me paying for it because when it got to ACD it didn't have that signage.

Horse ****t workshop
I bought a cylinder head after removing my vehicle. The cylinder head was allegedly tested. After fitment a cylinder head was cracked. 3 months waiting for the company to reimburse be after calls wnd whatsapps. Excuses ect. Really a kak bull****t place to have a vehicle fixed. Busy with rmi. I will see to take the rmi status away...

Poor customer services and rude staff
Stay away!!!! I serviced my car with the ACD Bellville branch last week. Just to notice that one of my car original interior mats are missing when i picked up my car. I asked ACD Bellville to please look for it since it was in the car when they took delivery of it. After many lies the manager informs me that I am liar and that he trust his staff more than me. I will never take my car to them again. Poor customer service and the management does not take accountability for their staffs actions. STAY AWAY
