Did not receive a free dog bed
False advertising regarding a free dog bed. I bought a 12kg derm complete bag of food. With the hops of getting a free dog bed for my disabled English Bulldog. She loves Hills and their food is super good for her. However, when I asked about the free dog bed the response was that it does not qualify. I checked the Hills promotion an websit and also similar queries on the Hills Facebook page and I beg to differ. It it clear that any dry or wet 10kg or more dog food should get n free dog bed while stock lasts. Here comes the kicker there was ampel stock! I just feel sad for my Blommie as life is hard already for a girl that is disabled.

Poor customer services and rude staff
Stay away!!!! I serviced my car with the ACD Bellville branch last week. Just to notice that one of my car original interior mats are missing when i picked up my car. I asked ACD Bellville to please look for it since it was in the car when they took delivery of it. After many lies the manager informs me that I am liar and that he trust his staff more than me. I will never take my car to them again. Poor customer service and the management does not take accountability for their staffs actions. STAY AWAY

Stay away from them! Unethical business practice and not professional at all. I bought my suit from them and paid R5900. AFTER 4 WEEK I phoned them to ask if my suit was ready for collection. Not only did the staff not phone me during the 4 week period to notify me that the suit will not be ready for collection. I was told after paying R5900 that is still need to pay another R1200 extra to have it tailored. Not once did the sales person inform me of that nor is there any notification in store stipulating that it you need to pay extra for it. Do not wast your time or money!

Discovery car insurance cash back and points issues
Very poor service!!! Stay away from Discovery car insurance. Discovery does not deliver as they promise. After 3 months with them not a single month gone by with out excuses. I have logged 2 complaints and still my point are not updated nor does their cash back hold up to their promises. Discovery is over priced and still collect their money every month even if they still own you money from the previous months cash back! The call center operators are useless and not a single team leader or customer manager have tried to resolve the problems. Does your self a massive favour and just stay away from Discovery and avoid disappointment. I am definitely moving and cancelling my car and house insurance with them!
