Poor customer services and rude staff

Stay away!!!!

I serviced my car with the ACD Bellville branch last week. Just to notice that one of my car original interior mats are missing when i picked up my car.

I asked ACD Bellville to please look for it since it was in the car when they took delivery of it. After many lies the manager informs me that I am liar and that he trust his staff more than me.

I will never take my car to them again.

Poor customer service and the management does not take accountability for their staffs actions.
