It’s important to note, however, that each return must follow our assessment cycle to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers. While we appreciate that this is your third return, every case is evaluated thoroughly on its own merits.
After reviewing the details of your case, we confirmed that the previous issues with the unit were not a result of manufacturing faults, workmanship, or component failures., so warranty claims could not be applied. Despite this, we supported each return with goodwill repairs.
Following the most recent assessment, your SRNE 3.5kW All-in-One system has been confirmed to be in good working condition with no faults found. As such, you are welcome to collect your unit at your earliest convenience.
