2 WEEKS NO REFUND THEY ARE *****S
Returned items 2.weeks ago at the Richmond branch was promised my refund 7 days later we now on 2 weeks. I.keep calling head office they give me a sad story of calling me back or finding out from the next person and nothing. Bunch of *****s dont support these people they are *******

The ACDC LED Torch 3.7VDC is a definite buy for those dark nights. A 5 star rating is an under rating for the torch . Who needs lights when you have the ACDC LED Torch. A definite must for every household.

Bad repair service and bad SRNE brand
I regret buying my solor equipment from them. You will wait the full 21 day repair cycle every time. Still not working after 3 repairs. This is my 3rd time returning my SRNE 3.5kw all in one system. Called 3 times over a span of 2 hours on 1/8/2025 and still couldn't speak to repairs dept. Calls go over to message and no one calls back. You've been warned

Takes months to honor warranties
Two years ago I bought about 40 LED globes via Main Hardware in City & Suburban. About 10% turned out faulty since. The only POC to replace them is the rep. The rep died. The new rep also takes long. The Head Office denies that the warranty is for 2 years (mentioned on ACDC's website). A "dim" globe gets sent back as "not faulty". When asking for a manager, nobody puts you through. The result: it takes months to claim warranties. I recommend avoiding this lethargic company if you can help it. They keep some good products, but they are a frustrating waste of time to deal with.

To make a long story short, After receiving a faulty unit, we had to send it back for return and get a refund, the return was done but a couple of weeks later still no refund and they can't give answer as to what's happening or where our refund is.

Great service
EFT payments take 1-2 days to clear, once cleared they call you with a collection number. Very efficient, I purchased all my electrical products from ACDC DYNAMICS. They have wide range to choose from, Dealing with them over 24 years.

Great service
