Returned items 2.weeks ago at the Richmond branch was promised my refund 7 days later we now on 2 weeks. I.keep calling head office they give me a sad story of calling me back or finding out from the next person and nothing. Bunch of *****s dont support these people they are *******
Ive contacted one of your agents Stephen Ayers for a property that was advertised in sandown estate. The adverts does not show under offer or sold so like any other buyer I contacted the agent. Agent tells me its sold and ask me what im looking for. I immediately responded and said stop false advertising just to get leads because this is wasting buyers time. Wouldn't ever want him selling my property
Ordered a charger last week monday they delivered me a face cream. After escalating numerous times its two weeks later no sign of my return items that I initially ordered and no sign of my credit Bunch of useless ****s they customer service has worsen
Ordered a set of white lights x 2 yesterday for next day delivery. They shipped me one white and one black. I immediately clicked returne item. Its been two days no feedback no status on app for further updates. Tried opening two supprt cases no feedback. Are these guys now gone ******* or what ref #65803601
Ordered a dash delivery at 11.30am delivery was supposed to be at 1 to 2pm. I get a text saying delivery is running few min late. It's now 15.15 and no order. I call the call center 1st they cut the callm i dial in again lady says no idea what time driver will arrive but it's seems they running late. Absolutely useless service for woolworths and premium pricing. Clearly your quality in food and clothes are not the same quality in service. That will be my last dash order il never use the service again.
Last week heart of the start to December sandown bootleggers only smoothy machine was non functional. Today a week before Christmas at the tablebay brand order their smoothy wait 10min then get told no bananas. Absolutely annoying and frustrating. I refuse to visit another bootlegger. Also after getting rid of all their ******* workers they had working for them the service levels are even more shocking.
10.19am Sunday the 19th u stand in a woolies line 2 hours of shopping only to have 4 declines of my RMB virtual card. Not only was I embarrassed but stood up the line because RMB decides to have issues and not updating their clients so that we could atleast carry our physical cards when shopping only know this after calling rmb suits which again get a small soll Apology. Up your game RMB and comms are key to clients
Worst Ford dealer om the country, they never take calls , Craig the DP never return calls to hear complaints about his useless teams service. Both parts and service center never return or take calls and receptionist always drops calls as no one answers the phone. Absolutely poor and pathetic service
I have been battling for about 4 weeks with FNB complaints and the banking app channel to resolve the tap and pay function. They do not respond promptly and i get the same steps to try and resolve and nothing gets fixed. I have logged 3 complaints and called but nothing gets done. I am now looking at moving my entire portfolio with Investec due to the lack of poor service levels
Spoken to the FInance lady Mpho from jhb south. She was absolutely disgusting and rude where by she even put the phone down on me. She insisted I get an approval to out a hold on a car but the car was reserved on someone's name
