They take your money they don't pay your creditors and when the creditors call you about the arrears they tell you please call your creditors and make arrangements to pay them What happens with all the money you pay them Now you stuck with paying debt busters and paying your creditors .how lawful is that. When you call them they tell you to wait for 5 days for response and they never respond.

I've only been on the program for 2 months it's for my dad but I am so disappointed regretting I ever took out the plan. Firstly the people they have on the customer services should be replaced . Pathetic. Secondly false advertising . What you get told you get and what they give you is total opposite. They are just as bad as one plan. Everyone just wants a sales so the company can get money. I think the ultimate goal with Dischem is so that they can get pensioners to shop there with the supposed discounts. It's beyond pathetic you guys should really consider closing shop is this how you operate. As for Kaeolo the people that manage the fund you guys have poor customer service.
