Regarding delivery J242B098QPH My item arrived on 6 Feb in South Africa but I'm still waiting for delivery a month later. Because of UPS using clearing code 851713902 (item under R2500) instead of 851713104 the item was sidelined for an audit and a penalty was raised. Sam Mongale told me there will be no further charges to me but later I am told I should pay further charges, which I did. Still no delivery. I regret using UPS as a courier. They say you can list an IOD through the website cfcallcentre@labour.gov.za but its been 4 months and i still didn't recive a claim number. Their turn around time is 2 weeks to a month. I have an escalation number as well but no claim number is impossinle to source through their call centre. I made around 8 calls during this time. No senior ever called back as was promised. What a joke. I'm about to get black listed for non payment to service providers. Waste of tax payers money
I regret buying my solor equipment from them. You will wait the full 21 day repair cycle every time. Still not working after 3 repairs. This is my 3rd time returning my SRNE 3.5kw all in one system. Called 3 times over a span of 2 hours on 1/8/2025 and still couldn't speak to repairs dept. Calls go over to message and no one calls back. You've been warned

I bought a Lawnstar 3200w pro 57 lawn mower from Mega Paints & Hardware Eastagte at a Much lower price than Builders and Leroys. Was assisted by friendly knowledgeable staff, first on the phone and then in store. With service and prices like this you will be sucessful. Thumbsup from me
Took my car in to repair 7 Feb22 for a torn turbo pipe. Was told there's nothing wrong with the boost pipe and was turbo that needed recon. They changed turbo core and vnc. Some parts I needed to source because they didn't get around to do it. They damaged the MAF sensor and housing. Didn't calibrate the turbo. Took the car as is and had to return to agents that had to take off turbo again, replase MAF and calibrate. Total cost R17k. Agents confirmed a shoddy turbo pipe repair - there was no need to repair the turbo!!!. Got my car back from agents 22 Feb 2022. 16 Days since start of the nightmare. Nqobile from Rockstar signed an AOD to repay R5500 over 3 months March to May. I received one months payment and then nothing but promises to date. Think carefully before choosing Rockstar truck & car
Jackie Griesel (Jaqueline)(practice in Kempton Park) is the court appointed case manager between divorced parent but fails to take calls and doesn't respond to sms or emails. This specific insident took place between 10 March 2022 to this entry 15 March 2022. Still no answer. She also refuse to step down in order for parents to get a fair case manager. She will only step down if its a court order.
Did a full review and scan on my old laptop, with constant whatsapp updates. It was not repairable at the end and no charge. Other repairers would have given a time charge regardless.

A) Behaviour / Conduct detrimental to the profession 1) Taking decisions in contravention of the parents settlement agreement. 2) Taking decisions on behalf of the client 3) Refusing to step down and allow parents to look for another case manager B) Behaviour/Conduct towards clients 1) Not responding to emails and phone calls in a reasonable time frame 2) Favoritism between parents
Henrie from A.A. Care (Kempton Park) worked on my car 5/6/2020. I was asked to make a transfer of R6787.85 for the work. I asked for an invoice several times and to date haven't received it. As a direct result of his work my fuel gauge mechanism in the tank was damaged. Things turned ugle and the accommodating individual turn into a lunatic. I have the whatsapp chat history with his ugly voice notes. He refuse to fix the secondary problem. Avoid avoid avoid!
