Paid duties and taxes, never received my parcel, and now UPS says it will be disposed of because they “couldn’t reach me.” Strange how they could reach me for payment but not for delivery. Very poor service.

Regarding delivery J242B098QPH My item arrived on 6 Feb in South Africa but I'm still waiting for delivery a month later. Because of UPS using clearing code 851713902 (item under R2500) instead of 851713104 the item was sidelined for an audit and a penalty was raised. Sam Mongale told me there will be no further charges to me but later I am told I should pay further charges, which I did. Still no delivery. I regret using UPS as a courier. Regarding delivery J242B098QPH My item arrived on 6 Feb in South Africa but I'm still waiting for delivery a month later. Because of UPS using clearing code 851713902 (item under R2500) instead of 851713104 the item was sidelined for an audit and a penalty was raised. Extremely disappointed in the disguising service I've received from UPS... Still waiting for my parcel from Australia. The spiteful attitude from UPS is very upsetting especially since I am 6 months pregnant and the parcel i am supposed to receive is a gift for my baby shower... More sentimental value that money value.,

No updates on problems. They wait until you phone to sort problems out(They cannot read an address). Then you hold on to 8 min to have your call dropped. Then hold on for 17 min and give up.

A parcel sent as Express from France on 1/4/2022 has not yet been delivered to me on 12/4/2022!!!! They say it is at DSV FOR DELIVERY BUT STILL, NOTHING! on the UPS INTERNET TRACKING MY PARCEL IS NOW LOST !! The French side is OK because the parcel was delivered in RSA on 4/4/2022! What a bunch of lazy individuals are we dealing with at ups and dsv??

I have phoned this company 25 time on number 0807 425 877 and 011 922 9200 and with no answer at any time i called in just music in your ears. I see me parcel is in the Unit C, Brussels Road Spartan Ext: 2, Kempton Park Johannesburg branch from 11/03/2022 Friday till now 25/03/2022 Friday with no call to me and i cant get hold of them. I did also email them zacustomerservice@ups.com no answer. What a great service this company provides sweet ****** all. I will not pay a dim when getting me parcel I feel this is fair.

If you do not phone them and follow up every day, you will not get your package, they have postponed delivery twice now, the last time because they do not have my address, which is on the Invoice they sent me for the same delivery. Then again because the driver was there but could not find me, did not try to phone me, but could not find me, how they run a business like this and why they make you pay for an express service is unbelievable!

I've been tracking a parcel from Europe. It's been in SA for two days now but UPS hasn't sent me an invoice so that delivery can be made. I spent nearly an hour yesterday to get hold of someone, who took my details. Today, still no invoice and again I can't get through to anyone at UPS. Either the line gets cut while I'm waiting or I get put through to a line that is not answered. Pathetic! Time to use a different courier.
