UPS SCS SOUTH AFRICA THE WORST OF THE WORST
Paid duties and taxes, never received my parcel, and now UPS says it will be disposed of because they “couldn’t reach me.” Strange how they could reach me for payment but not for delivery. Very poor service.0 replies

WACO ELEC 1200W BAR WALL MOUNTED HEATER BOUGHT AT HERHOLDTS
We as an electrical supplier, purchased two 1200w bar heaters from Herholdts Bloemfontein, and both lasted less than a month before breaking. In just two months, both failed in exactly the same way. When I returned them, I was told the warranty only covers the heater itself and not the bars that broke — which makes no sense, as the bars are the main part that provides the heat. I received no refund or replacement. The product is of very poor quality, and I would not recommend anyone to buy it. Extremely disappointed in both the product and the after-sales service.0 replies
