Upon reviewing your case, we acknowledge that there was a delay in crediting your account at the time of the return. This was due to a severe system failure that unfortunately impacted our usual operations. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We also confirm that, upon receiving your updated request for a refund instead of a credit on 11/03/2025, our Accounts Team acted promptly, and the refund was issued on 12/03/2025.
