Its been the 3rd time a parcel which were assigned to WUMDROP has not been collected on-time and everytime the reason was the driver was here but the parcel not ready - where in the meantime i won't book a parcel if the parcel is not ready and I've been waiting the whole time for them to collect but they never pitched. Very very poor drivers they got
I placed an order online for Audi front discs on the Monday the 18th Aug, 2 days went by no word from them, when phoning it takes forever to get through to someone, I eventually spoke to Robin, who told me Tracy is working on the order - but then only to hear your order payment is not even pickup yet and that it will be done and the order will go through for delivery, now Friday already nothing's happened still no word from Robin nor Tracy. I needed these parts urgently now a weeks waisted i couldn't work in this car due to bad service.

To make a long story short, After receiving a faulty unit, we had to send it back for return and get a refund, the return was done but a couple of weeks later still no refund and they can't give answer as to what's happening or where our refund is.
