Poor communication
Went onto website, called the number, did not give the Woodmead branch, spoke to switchboard, gave me Woodmead number which did not connect

While the ACDC Dynamics website does list all ACDC Express stores under the Branch Locator tab, it’s true that not all individual branch phone numbers are displayed; only the address and email are included for convenience. However, our switchboard team at ACDC Dynamics is always happy to assist by providing contact details or guiding you to the appropriate store or department.
That said, the ACDC Express website does features the Woodmead branch under its Store Locator section, with full contact details. The branch also maintains a Google Business profile, which provides up-to-date contact information.
Following your feedback, we reached out to the Woodmead team, who operate as an independently owned franchise. They confirmed there was a brief connectivity issue earlier in the day, but were pleased to report that this has since been resolved. Their line, 010 055 7166, is now active, and their team is ready to assist with any enquiries.
