Non-Payment of Salary and Commission – Unacceptable & ********
My husband works for ACDC Express Woodmead, and we are extremely disappointed by the company’s failure to honour its obligations. • His May commission has not been paid (now over a month late) • His June salary and June commission are also outstanding • We were told payment was made on 30 June, but nothing has reflected, and we’ve received no proof of payment • The company has been completely unresponsive, and this is a clear violation of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act
We are escalating the matter to the CCMA, the Department of Labour, and other authorities. This kind of treatment of employees is unacceptable, and we’re posting here to warn others about working with or for this company.
