<p>Purchased an American Tourist hard cover bag towrds the end of 2015, cost over R2000.</p> <p>Flew with KULULA had bag insurance, my bag got damaged (a dent on one corner).</p> <p>I get told nothing can be done because the bag is useable.</p> <p>What then was I paying extra for if you will not be able to help me AFTER THE AIRPORT PEOPLE DAMAGED MY BAG!!!</p> <p>Then Navasha has such an attitude whilst I ask where I can find the things she is talking about. So disgusting, sies on you and your scam!</p>
