I just got off the phone with Anika.. The most terrible consultant to ever, ever call me in my life regarding a complaint! We paid our Wifi on the 22nd of January after many months as we were unhaooy with their services before but i gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again with them and activated our wifi on the 22nd of January 2025. Our wifi was off for the past 2 days and i contacted them to ask why our internet is off.. Anika phoned me.. Mind you.. This woman had the worst attitude! She told me our contract states our payment is the 1st of each month and because there was no payment on the 1st they disconnected our internet.. LOL.. But we made a payment on the 22nd activating our service after many months. So i paid R650 for 2 weeks of wifi.. Ridiculous!
I am not at all happy with the service we received from this company and i would never ever advice anyone to make use of their services.. This is the worst customer services i have ever received!
