How the hell can you charge for emails to be sent, even when there's proof that those mails were not sent on the dates apparently stipulated???

I am paying back my account but still get emailed demand letters, even after setting up payment arrangements. And the cherry on top, they still mark you as not paid on credit checks, even though payments are being made.

And then are so *********** and useless to respond to any mails...

Straight to the ombudsman I go with these *******.
