How the hell can you charge for emails to be sent, even when there's proof that those mails were not sent on the dates apparently stipulated??? I am paying back my account but still get emailed demand letters, even after setting up payment arrangements. And the cherry on top, they still mark you as not paid on credit checks, even though payments are being made. And then are so *********** and useless to respond to any mails... Straight to the ombudsman I go with these *******.

Disgusting and *******
Bunch of *******. Gladly taking you to court and would love a full investigation and Audit on this company. Rude and ******* practices.. Phone you 20 times a day and charge you every time charge you email communication that you. Never receive . Anyone else wanting to take there matters further in Court please contact me. I have had Enough now with ACS and am willing to go all the way with this company and lay charges of Harrasment and ******* charges and theft. I will also push for a full Audit on this company.

Rude staff and system not working
if i could give a zero star i would have! i have made an arrangement with ACS Credit Kasturi Haripersad on 25 April @ 15:22 for payment for the next 6 months - kasturi claimed to have updated the arrangement - which was untrue. On 14 May 2025 - i again received rude and threatening calls from ACS Credit . AGAIN on whatsapp Kasthuri Harispersad rudely advised me the arragment was updated. I can explain so many times my situation = and getting threating and rude calls 48 hours after losing a loved one - is unneccesary and uncalled for when Kasthur Harspersad is at fault and not doing her job! fix your Staff and your systems as clearly it is NOT working or doing their Jobs!!!!

******* in disguise, they are still debiting my account even after it has been paid off . The agents are very rude when you want to close an account and I have been asking for a letter to show my account is paid off and they keep on asking for my email and not sending the **** thing.

Pathetic service
I have never been spoken to in the way these agents have spoken to me. I'm sure when debt is handed over its a stressful period and it is because you are in a financial situation and to have these agents calling you and speaking to with no regard is absolutely disgusting. I have had one of their agents laugh at me when I could not answer a call. Their tone and register of speaking are inhumane. ACS please train your staff with people skills, because they do not have any.

This company does not even deserve a star. the most horrible customer service ever. Yes i know i have a debt to pay with Mr.P however that does not mean i should be sworn at and be told i cannot afford myself by the call center agents. i have never received such services in my entire life. i have asked to speak to managers and there seem to not have any. the service is appalling , disgusting and leaves a bad taste in one's mouth. when i took the account i did not think MrP was gonna bring me such in my life. Rudeness does not grow money and get customers to pay. many companies teach their staff telephone skills.
