This is si disappointing. I placed an order on uber eats. According to the app the driver was on his way. The order never arrive and was canceled. Food was fully paid for and a refund was not received. The app says refund will be done in 3 to 10 days. To date there is no refund, its been a month.
It is hell dealing with Finchoice. Why is an eft not good enough. I was assured of it having no impact. Only later to be told my account will be in arrears until the next debit order. Always blaming the system. If the system doesnt work fix ir change your system. How can payment be made and you still in arrears. It doesnt make sense. How is this a legal financial institution. Is it your goal to have dissatisfied clients.
I have been trying to get through to them on their contact number and end up holding on for 30 minutes and this was more than once. I have sent numerous emails with no reply. They refer you to the email option but you get no response.
I cannot believe Webafrica gives such bad service. My fibre is disconnected. You cannot call anyone to assist, I even tried calling the sales department, they said they will get someone to call me back, I am waiting from 7AM no one has called. No one is responding to the whatsapp message. Webafrica, please consider your clients, being stuck with no wifi is frustrating. And your service is an utter disgrace.
I have never been spoken to in the way these agents have spoken to me. I'm sure when debt is handed over its a stressful period and it is because you are in a financial situation and to have these agents calling you and speaking to with no regard is absolutely disgusting. I have had one of their agents laugh at me when I could not answer a call. Their tone and register of speaking are inhumane. ACS please train your staff with people skills, because they do not have any.
A very disappointing outcome from Miway. My car was ****** amd recovered. Alot of the damage to the car was, according to Miway, not incident related. The car before the ******* and after was absolutely different. Furthermore it was nearly a month before any work even started to get done on the car. It's absolutely disheartening when I pay my premiums every month but when I need the assistance they look for every possible way to deny your claim. They only paid for what was obviously incident related to get the car in working condition. Worst service I received from an insurance.
I had such a wonderful experience with Matrix. Although the experience of a car theft is traumatic they made sure I was calm and safe. My car was ****** from a shopping center. As soon as I called them, they were able to trace where my car was. Within 2 hours the vehicle was recovered. Vincent was always calling and keeping me informed at every step. What amazed me more was that my personal items that were still in the car was brought to me. Great work guys.
There is a new opting on the MRP app for Money where you can buy electricity. I tried this option and received an error email after saying successful on the app. I decided to use the chat service. I was chatting with Precious who rudely said that I wrong and it is not available on the app and only in the store. I have the emails and a screenshot of the app showing the option. MRP please hire staff that are willing to help. She said she is resolving the chat without even resolving my query.

Why would you advertise 3 hours feedback? I applied this morning it's is now 3.30pm and I have not received feedback.
