NRB Risk Solutions continue their harassment and lies!! Every month i get 300+ calls from NRB risk Solutions with regards to my Nedbank credit card. I have a standing agreement with them - which i even in most difficult times kept to! being retrenched end January i made the payment - Stop to a consultant who would have made a note. the day my mom passed away - they continued their actions - and still to today they send threating emails, calls etc. NO manager will call me back or take responsibility for the staff actions! when they call - they put you immediately on hold - and even making an effort to talk to you!! i gave names of who i dealt with - no action was taken - but the harassment and threats continue! when will the management step in and sort out the shambles of the staff!! I'm tired of the harassment and lies i have to hear monthly! lies that they will only assign my account to one person - the calls will stop etc. I REFUSE TO SIGN a debit order and i have been making monthly eft payments as per the agreement
I have tried your Vodacom cancelation number (0821958) for about 45 min with no luck in cancelling my contract which expires in July 2025. i tried the customer care number - NO luck either on your upgrade line - they tried to put me thought to 082 1958 with no LUCK either. nothing at Vodacom is working. I do not want to upgrade the contract but cancel. NOBODY is willing to assist Sinenhlanla Precious Zulu also was unable or unwilling to assist me on the TOBI chat. and said i should call the number which is NOT working. I'm really frustrated with the customer service of Vodacom....
i Have placed by order @ 09:4 on 23 June 2025 for deliver between 15:00 and 16:00 at the SuperSpar At Polofields! At 14:15 i received a call that half my order was "out of stock". NO alternative options for the Soft Citrus (Naartjies) was given - no option of taking Gouda cheese instead of Cheddar 400G was given - i had to take the higher prices 200g cheese. Also the vienna is out of stock - no option of taking the smoked vienna's and not the red viennas was offered. Only alternative given to me - by a lady could hardly speak or understand English - was to buy a higher priced item or NO alternative at all. this was my first and ONLY time i would EVER use Spar4U and i will NEVER set foot into SuperSpar Polofield again!!! This was my choose of Spar close to my office - but NO take you - this is NOT Acceptable at all!! now i have to either go without the product all week - or face rush over at my local spar at home! When checking the OUT OF STOCK items at 14:40 - i found the cheese as well as the Smoked vienna option and Soft citrus in stock at the Spar on the Spar 4U app. How is this even possible that one receive SUCH terrible Service at Spar such a NICE and excluse area as Polofields!!! i also requested the manager of the store to call me at 14:15 and i am still waiting!!! I won't return to Superspar Polofriends
if i could give a zero star i would have! i have made an arrangement with ACS Credit Kasturi Haripersad on 25 April @ 15:22 for payment for the next 6 months - kasturi claimed to have updated the arrangement - which was untrue. On 14 May 2025 - i again received rude and threatening calls from ACS Credit . AGAIN on whatsapp Kasthuri Harispersad rudely advised me the arragment was updated. I can explain so many times my situation = and getting threating and rude calls 48 hours after losing a loved one - is unneccesary and uncalled for when Kasthur Harspersad is at fault and not doing her job! fix your Staff and your systems as clearly it is NOT working or doing their Jobs!!!!
I have ordered online on 15 December 2025 - and the package as send out for Delivery on 18 December = today, 30 December - still NO package at the selected branch. with all the public the package should have already been delivered to the Branch. NO feedback are given when you try and search for it on line or via the courier companie. Today, i went to the branch - hoping will be able to give me feedback - what a joke to say the least. Tumelo (the cashier) was visiably not interested in assisting me and spoke to her ****orker in their first language, i'm the customer - was laughed at when staying they need to speak in English about my package. i find it extremly rude and offensive for them to discuss me or my pacakge in a language I do not understand. Dorcas had the attitude of making the situation worse by calling me mom etc. laughting me out as well when tell her i'm the client and NOT her mom or friend. she need to be profesional. pushing clients aside and laughing in their faces is not acceptable!!!!! Ackermans Mall @ 55 is the worst where client service comes!! i left more frustrated = no feedback as to where my package (a christmas give is) or when i can expect, it. i need to know where my package is and when i will get it. is it the norm to not send package and giving bad service??

Useless service and NO feedback My card was declined 3 times yesterday, and since 10 August the APP is also not available - so no funds to buy groceries or electricity for home - or petrol for cars when questioning what is happening - ****MERS are trying to help sold the problems what is going on?? is ****mers running the bank?? did tyme bank steel our funds??? WE need this fixed NOW!!!!
Vodacom DID NOT DEBIT my account in APRIL - and cut of all of my contracts - due to their fault! Now i am being treating like a crimal - getting threathing calls and emails for about being handed over for collection! i'm been a customer with Vodacom for 20+ years and NEVER Missed a payment! this was Vodacom's fault and now i am to blame? get your act together and supply better service!
I have ordered things online and only received 1/3 of my order. order was placed on 21 February 2024 - and paid with my RCS card. when my pacakged was delivered on 23rd only the cat litter was delivered with the rest of the order missing in action When i raised the query on friday morning - it was escalated and i was to get feedback shortly (the words of Nosipho Magula) . nothing happed and no feedback again contacting game online - i spoke to Mariam Ferris - what only supp**** brush off service = to get rid of me as soon as possible. telling me to expect feedback in 48 hours?? i am sorry to say - i paid for products i did not receive! and NO ONE is willing to assist to allocate my packages or do anything to get me the products i paid for! weather this is game or the courier companies - some one have to sort our the terrible service and experience!
We have been trying to downgrade from premium to contact plus since December 2023. In December - Nonjabulo Mdonyana told us it is done! suprise in January - NOT one. on 9 January - spoke to Sisipoho Matyolo and to our suprise after payment was done - it was NOT done! Today, 05 February 2024 - to our suprise - it was NOT Done! and we were told to R700.00 for change - which due to DSTV fault was NOT done since December 2023! Thank you to Zinhle Mbata who helped us change it over and adding showmax seeing is believing and we wait until month end to see if it was realy done.
