How the hell can you charge for emails to be sent, even when there's proof that those mails were not sent on the dates apparently stipulated??? I am paying back my account but still get emailed demand letters, even after setting up payment arrangements. And the cherry on top, they still mark you as not paid on credit checks, even though payments are being made. And then are so *********** and useless to respond to any mails... Straight to the ombudsman I go with these *******.

Useless accounts department in Morningside clinic, on behalf of Bloch and Partners
If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. I'm so happy to see that others have been experiencing the same accounts issues that I have been. Sandton Radiology accounts department, linked with Bloch and Partners, clearly hire *********** and incapable people. I have sent my proof of payments, mails confirming payments were received etc and yet they are too lazy to go and check statements from last year to trace my payments, instead I'm told my payments were never received... how contradictory. I could literally rant on and on about the ********** experience. I mean not to mention i paid this account up in October 2024 and never received a call or email stating I still owe funds (my mail where I asked for confirmation was also never responded to) and on the 4th of August 2025 I get a mail to say I am in arrears and they've even added their interest. What an absolute joke. I have spent almost a full month fighting this! Clearly a proof of payment and a screenshot of the successful transaction with amount and date and their bank details shown, means nothing.

Lack of service and undelivered item
We were unable to receive our order on Saturday 7 December (mind you it was already meant to be delivered on 6 December) as no one was home, we were advised that the delivery would then be done on Sunday 8 December. To date (10 December) we have still not received our order, nor can we get through to customer support via telephone call and WhatsApp so we can't even get any feedback as to when our delivery will actually take place. We have paid for something that we can't even enjoy due to this uselessness. If you know December is a busy period, hire more staff or work overtime so as to not fall behind! Simple.
