Bad service and refusing to refund me

I bought bottles and oils from this company and when I arrived home I realized that the bottles need a special machine to seal them. So I called the company to tell them that I want to return the bottles since I don't have that machine and can't afford it at the moment. Brian told me that they are going to charge me R500 for returning the products.

My problem here is that when I made the payment Brian never told me about this policy and it's also not on their website or receipt. They only stated that I only have 3 days to return the products and they are still in your their original packaging. This company is scamming people and should read the consumer act.
