I placed an order at steers fontainebleau for a breast potion and delivered the get potion I called to tell them that they must deliver the correct meal the lady on the phone told me that the are now closed and then pretended not to hear me when I continued with the conversation, she then hung up the call, I called immediately after that and my call was not answered. I would like them to come collect their incorrect order and give me back my money. The service is bad and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them
I paid my bill on the 27th of June 2024 because I was told that in order to place my order I need to make payment first. I waited for my fiber installation and it was done on the 9th after fighting with Vuma and Afrihost. Today (28 July 2024) I got cut off and I'm told my 30 days have depleted and I only used it for 20 days because they took their time to do installation. Now they refuse to pro-rata my 10 days, and I was told that I will be prorated my days. I'm very angry about the service I got from both these companies, they **** people. My advice never use them get another service provider that will treat you in a fair manner
I made an enquiry on the 11th of June and a ticket was logged to clear my line for a new installation I was told that it will be done in 48 hours so that they can place a new order for me. The agent on got back to me on the 26th of June telling me that my line is clear and asked that I must make payment for a new order. I made the payment the same day then she told me that I will get a call within 48 hours. She came back to me on the 1st of July asking if I received a call, I told her I didn't and I asked what's the holdup then she told me that they still busy clearing my line. What makes me angry is that the said my line was cleared so I should make payment. Tried to texted her today and she was online but she ignored me. So advise to people who needs fiber don't use Vumatel or Afrihost because they are ****s they tell you lies in order for you to pay then they ignore you.
I placed an order online using the KFC app when I track my order the estimated delivery time was 13;12, called KFC Dowerglen to enquire about my order, the lady that assisted me said she will send me a whatsapp message updating me about my order. 15 minutes went by and no communication. I then called her and she told me that the driver just left and she was about to send me a text. I'm 4 minutes away from the store. I left the office waiting for my order and there no sign of the driver I stood there for 23 minutes abandoned my work I called back and they **** to me saying the driver left coming to me. My advice never buy from that KFC because they lie to customers and they don't have customer service
I placed an online order last night at Pedros Chris Hani using Mr D and my order took more than a hour to arrive which I understood because it's a Friday and they are busy. Having to wait for that long to find myself with a messed up order. I requested my chicken to be extra hot (dry spice) and I received extra hot (busting source). I really fail to understand why they never read carefully what the client ordered because this is not the first time that they messed up my order. I never enjoyed my meal because my children was literally swimming in hot source.
On the 10th of January 2023 I purchased VIP tickets online using computicket and R1200 was deducted from my account and I received my tickets via email. On the 14th of January 2023 R1200 was deducted again from my account by computicket that was not authorized. I called on Saturday and I was xtold that the financial department will call me to sort out this issue mess. Computicket never got back to me I have to spend my airtime to do follow up myself and its them that stole my money from my account. This company goes into people's account and steal their money so I want my money reversed back into my account ASAP
Wrote a review about Nando's and it's bad service. They promised to call in 24 to 48 hours and they didn't. This restaurant gives people bad service and don't care about it. I would never recommend Nando's to anyone, the manager at Norwood does not even bother to apologise.
Nando's did it again I don't know if people working there are illiterate. I placed an order on their app and selected the cutlery option and it clearly states on the receipt in big bold letters that "ADD CUTLERY" again I have to take my food home and warm it with a microwave I selected the cutlery for a reason I'm at the office and Nando's employees decides that I have to eat my food using my bare hands. It's now the third time this happens and looks like all franchises arevl like that. Last time it was Bruma today it's Norwood. Clearly there is no good service when it comes to Nando's
I placed an order at pizza hut via Ubereats and money was deducted from my account and I never received a order number or track my order. The restaurant couldn't help because Uber deducted my money so I want my refund back
I placed and order online at Nando's Bruma and the driver took his time to get here and by the time my order arrived it was not was, I also requested for plastic cutlery and it was not added and it's also stated on the receipt that they must add the cutlery now I'm expected to eat my rice with my bare hands. I'm really not happy with the bad service I received tonight. Don't know why there is a sticker that says "quality checked to perifection" if they don't give you what you ordered. 😠😡😡
