ACS Technicians: Restuarant equipment repair. A very big red flag.

A big red flag. Absolutely unprofessional!! I do not recommend using them at all. They will say they coming through at a certain day and time and they don't. They claim to have fixed the item (SMEG oven) and they invoice yet they have removed parts (fan motor and shaft). Despite paying for the labour and other parts used the item remains as is (not fixed). When challenged for refund and the return of parts (fan motor and shaft) they promise both but weeks later we are still waiting.

You will have nothing but problems with this company. RED FLAG. STAY AWAY from them.
