I made an appointment for them to come look at my dishwasher and waited over an hour with no proper communication. After waiting 25 minutes, I messaged to ask if they were still coming—got a reply saying they were 15 minutes away. I then waited another 35 minutes with no update. Eventually, I told them to leave it, as I had other commitments and meetings. I work from home and had arranged the appointment specifically during my lunch break to accommodate them. Right after I cancelled, I got a call with an excuse that they had to go buy parts for another job and that they were “almost there.” I still told them to cancel. They charge a R300 call-out fee, yet treat your time like it’s worthless. Their website claims they’re fast and reliable, but my experience was the exact opposite. Honestly feels like they wrote their own glowing reviews. If they can’t even show up for an appointment, I wouldn’t trust them to actually fix anything. Total waste of time.

We are a well-established creche and we had a Speed Queen washing machine in need of repair. We chose ASC Technicians because they advertised "same-day repairs". After paying a R300 call-out fee, two technicians came to evaluate the machine, then took it to their shop for parts. A few days later, they sent us a quote stating the machine wasn't worth repairing. We requested the return of the machine, but all communication ceased. Despite it being several months since January, we still hasn't received the machine or any communication from ASC Technicians. We also found that ASC Technicians operates multiple websites with unreachable contact numbers and potentially **** reviews, leading us to consider the company *****ulent and not recommend them to anyone.

This serves as a warning to all who seek out the service, or more accurately lack thereof, from ACS Technicians. My dishwasher went on the blink so I Googled and found ACS. My initial interaction with Romeo was fantastic and I thought I had made a great decision. Carrington then arrived to take a look at the dishwasher and advised that it was the Motherboard that needed to be replaced. I paid the R300 up front for the call out. I then received a quotation to replace the Motherboard at a cost of R3200, and paid a 50% deposit to ACS for them to go ahead and order the part and repair my dishwasher. I then had to follow up with ACS to find out when they would receive the part and conduct the repair. Finally, Carrington arrived to install the Motherboard. I became very concerned when he called on me to come and provide him with settings information whilst trying to repair the dishwasher. Surely as an expert "Technician" he should've known! Finally he gave up and said they would have to collect the dishwasher and take it to their factory in order to find the fault. By now the communication had almost vanished from their side. They then collected the dishwasher and I had to follow up numerous times with no reply from their side. I finally gave up and told them to keep the dishwasher for parts and refund my deposit. Eventually this was agreed to...but no refund as yet. It was agreed to on the 10th Dec. I am livid...I have never had such shocking service before.

On the 18th of June I found the contact details on Google checked out their website and had amazing reviews on their site. I proceeded to contact them and received a response from Romeo who I specifically asked to send his technician to do an assessment on my gas oven and I agreed to pay the call out fee. His technician arrived after 2:13pm as I asked him to come after 2 at 2:34pm Romeo sends me a quote and advises that they've done an assessment the quote value was R3600. I immediately respond telling him noy to go ahead with the repair as I will consult eith my insurance he responds saying ok and asks if he needs to send me an incident report to which i respond yes. At 4:01 i receive an invoice advising that the repair has been done and that i need to send pop. I responded advising that i have not asked him to repair the oven and he says he misunderstood. I tell him I'll submit the docs to thr insurance and see if they'll pay the claim and he was very understanding as he said its his mistake. On the 19th my claim is rejected which I advise him of and I ask him to please collect the parts they installed and I will pay the call out he proceeds to negotiate with me as he needs to cover the cost of the very expensive parts. We then agree on R2500, and I committ to pay this that evening, I decide that I need to test the oven before I do the eft as I just had a gut feeling. The oven still had the same issue and I messaged him immediately telling him that I will not pay as the oven is not fixed and he says he will send his Tech. Fast forward I had my oven repaired by a company recommended by the manufacturer at half the cost with no issues...the part that was so expensive was some copper wires joined by a connector block covered with blue tape....don't use these ppl!!!!

A big red flag. Absolutely unprofessional!! I do not recommend using them at all. They will say they coming through at a certain day and time and they don't. They claim to have fixed the item (SMEG oven) and they invoice yet they have removed parts (fan motor and shaft). Despite paying for the labour and other parts used the item remains as is (not fixed). When challenged for refund and the return of parts (fan motor and shaft) they promise both but weeks later we are still waiting. You will have nothing but problems with this company. RED FLAG. STAY AWAY from them.

Despite paying for the labour and other parts used the item remains as is (not fixed). When challenged for refund and the return of parts (fan motor and shaft) they promise both but weeks later we are still waiting. You will have nothing but problems with this company. RED FLAG. STAY AWAY from them.
