3 Months later Still waiting for Parts

My mom was involved in an car accident on the 18th September 2017, i called my insurer Budget Insurance as the car is insured with them to make a claim they referred us to Ford Motors( Action Motor Group) in Lichtenburg , we took in the car on the 19th and they advised that the parts will be available the next week. Every time we go to ford we get the same story that they are still waiting for parts. It been 3 months since the accidents and the car has not been fixed, we don't even get any updates unless i call or go to the dealership .

Can someone please assist with this as this is long outstanding now
