I bought my dishwasher in March at Makro and was giving a coupon to claim the finish product . Followed all the instructions and 8 months later i am still waiting for my products
I requested a quote from Outsurance , they couldnt bit my current premium but i did not receive the R400 pay out as the Adverti*****ts .
My mom was involved in an car accident on the 18th September 2017, i called my insurer Budget Insurance as the car is insured with them to make a claim they referred us to Ford Motors( Action Motor Group) in Lichtenburg , we took in the car on the 19th and they advised that the parts will be available the next week. Every time we go to ford we get the same story that they are still waiting for parts. It been 3 months since the accidents and the car has not been fixed, we don't even get any updates unless i call or go to the dealership . Can someone please assist with this as this is long outstanding now

<p> </p> <p>I just called the VAF customer services to change my debit order date and spoke to one of the agents Ashley Booysens , Consultant took me through the security questions and kept telling me that I failed, I asked the reason and which questions I failed, consultant told me she cannot confirm .Some questions required me to confirm the duration of my cell phone contract, Exact date and total months,? I do not keep record of such info ?Who knows excatly how long theyve had their cell phone contract for ?4years and 11 months ? I requested to be transferred to a senior and my line got cut-off . Its not the first time I experience such horrible service from SBSA customer care. I just need my debit order date changed to the date after pay day but the treatment I got you’d swear I’m trying to apply for a fraudulent account. If this is the way consultants are treating the customers , SBSA will lose a lot of customers.</p> <p> </p>

And I never received the e-mail. The R400 deal is a scam .</p>
<p>On the 3rd of September I took my car in for vehicle inspection at Glass Fit in Centurion .i came in 10 minutes before they closed and I was the last person to be assisted the lady assisting me used an APP on her IPad to submit the inspection to Budget Insurance . She said a copy of the inspection will be emailed to me and my insurance but I’m still waiting for the copy confirm that indeed my vehicle was inspected ,in case I get involved in an accident r something happens to the car .</p> <p> </p> <p>I called Budget Insurance to check if they received the Vehicle Inspecting certificate from Glass fit and they have not received anything to date.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone from Glass fit please explain why my insurance has not received the Inspection certificate and also the turnaround time for this to be submitted.</p>
<p>i took out a tracking device with Altech Netstar in Nov2015 and I sold my car in Dec 2015 for personal reasons .I called Alrech Netstar in January 2016 to try and cancel my contract they where unable to assist me </p> <p>9 months later I'm still paying for a tracking device that I don't even use </p> <p>I tried calling again today and was unable to receive assistance again </p>

<p>I went to Woolworths Mall of Africa yesterday to return a dress that I exchanged on Friday</p> <p>It took them over 30 minutes to process my refund because I was told I did not have the original receipt which the store assistant retained on Friday when I wanted to exchange the 2 dresses I bought earlier that week Well after they found the receipt I received my money and I decided to buy a vest .When I got home and realised they did not remove the security tag from the vest ,I’m so disappointed with the service at the Woolworths Mall of Africa ,it is the worst service I have ever received, they hired unexperienced people and they are making our shopping experience unbearable .I must now make time and go back to the store so that they can remove the security tag from the vest ,talk about inconvenience</p>
