Finish false advertising: Every Hero Needs a Home: R 500 Voucher
Why do I not get my R 500 voucher as promised in your leaflet when purchasing a Dishwasher? I purchased a SMEG Dishwasher at Tafelberg Furnishers a week ago and received the promotional leaflet. I did as required - went to this website - https://dishwasher.finish.co.za/theheroofthehome , filled in my details, selected my preferred Voucher from Sorbet and Attached my Proof of Purchase. I got an automated response that my details had been received. NOTHING HEARD FROM THEM SINCE!!

Free promotion
I purchased a new Bosch dishwasher on the 22nd of September 2022. At that time a promotion by Finish was being advertised of a free R1000 gift with ANY new Bosch dishwasher. After the purchase registered proof of purchase on Finish website as required. I was surprised to receive no acknowledgement after the registration. It’s been two weeks and not a peep from them, and it seems that they are conveniently forgetting about their commitment. It seems to me that this is really misleading/fraudulent advertising and I wonder why Bosch would allow their name to be involved in something like this. By the way I see that some other people have experienced similar problems.

Finish South Africa RUNS FRAUDULENT PROMOTION SCHEMES!!!
I purchased a Defy Dishwasher from Lategan en Van Biljoens in Pretoria in October 2020 SPECIFICALLY because there was a partner promotion between Defy and Finish. The promotion offered a Finish hamper (6 months supply). I registered the purchase and submitted the details to receive the hamper, which was verified and approved by Finish. I was then advised delivery within 10-15 working days. It has now been more than a month and I have not received the hamper. Their support email address remains unanswered and their contact number does not exist. Even when I've submitted a completed contact form on the website, nobody gets back to me. I want my hamper delivered as soon as possible! As it stands, it seems that Finish is only trying to maximize sales via retailers and have no after sales service. This is unacceptable and goes against the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa!

Fish 7in1 rubbish product
I bought the finish 7 in 1 powder and it's horrible, I emailed the company and no news back yet. My dishes has a layer of white on it and have to use steel wool to get it off. Loyal to the brand I bought the tablets after this debacle, what am I supposed to do with the bottle of rubbish. I took pictures of my dishes. I am not the only person going through this.

FINISH COUPONS WHEN BUYING DISHWASHER A SCAM

Terrible customer service
I purchased a dishwash cleaner. I used it as per the directions and the product never worked. The liquid is still in the bottle (I have used this product before and it worked). I tried to reuse it 3 times but still it never worked. I have placed a complaint on there website with no feedback, I have called the call centre with no help either...Terrible customer service
