Finish false advertising: Every Hero Needs a Home: R 500 Voucher

Why do I not get my R 500 voucher as promised in your leaflet when purchasing a Dishwasher? I purchased a SMEG Dishwasher at Tafelberg Furnishers a week ago and received the promotional leaflet. I did as required - went to this website - https://dishwasher.finish.co.za/theheroofthehome , filled in my details, selected my preferred Voucher from Sorbet and Attached my Proof of Purchase. I got an automated response that my details had been received. NOTHING HEARD FROM THEM SINCE!!
