Cape Umbrella Product ordered via Takelot a lie
They suooly a Cantilver umbrella costing almost R 11 000 to Takealot. We ordered via Takealot but returned the item TWICE as a cement base was never delivered but CLEARLY advertised on Takealot as being INCLUDED with the umbrella and price! Trying to order from them directly is a mission as no prices are advertised on their website and delivery costs are expensive.We eventually had ro demand a refund from Takelot as the final outcome was that there are no more cement bases available. I wonder how they think we can secure a 3m x 3m Cantilever umbrella without a solid base?

Large Cantilever Umbrella manufactured by Cape Umbrella.
Can I not give them NO STARS as a Rating? What a mission and disappointment in ordering a Cantilever Umbrella made by Cape Umbrellas. It costs nearly R 11 000 ! The adverti*****t on Takealot clearly indicated it INCLUDES a cement base of 75 kgs. Well , we had to return the item TWICE as no base stand was provided. Without this the umbrella is basically useless. After numerous phone calls and Emails, eventually we were told the Base Stand is no longer available and we must ask for a refund. Disgusting service AND false advertising!!!!

Finish false advertising: Every Hero Needs a Home: R 500 Voucher
Why do I not get my R 500 voucher as promised in your leaflet when purchasing a Dishwasher? I purchased a SMEG Dishwasher at Tafelberg Furnishers a week ago and received the promotional leaflet. I did as required - went to this website - https://dishwasher.finish.co.za/theheroofthehome , filled in my details, selected my preferred Voucher from Sorbet and Attached my Proof of Purchase. I got an automated response that my details had been received. NOTHING HEARD FROM THEM SINCE!!
