Hi Spur Westgate mall food is great service is okay, my only problem is management, I live close by so want to go as often as I can but find they are unprofessional. Eating on the floor, having meetings next to guest or loud conversations. You feel as if they are guest and you just there. Meetings and paper work should not be done in front of house, eating not a problem but in an allocated space not over a great conversation that disturbs others. Other than that they handle everything well, they just maybe need more direction.
Good Morning About 3 weeks ago I bought 3 tins of plascon paint, 1 white for my roof and 2 tinted. The 1 tinted was great no problems at all (very berry), the other one on the other hand has a smell I cannot get out of my room, my walls stink, and my main concern is I give birth in a few days and have to let a newborn sleep in this room... Also the roof paint requires more than 2 coats it's not cheap paint in price however, I find it very cheap in quality. I would like a solution for my walls please, as time is running out! Tried sending this on the stores website even that was not accepted... Thank you
I bought the finish 7 in 1 powder and it's horrible, I emailed the company and no news back yet. My dishes has a layer of white on it and have to use steel wool to get it off. Loyal to the brand I bought the tablets after this debacle, what am I supposed to do with the bottle of rubbish. I took pictures of my dishes. I am not the only person going through this.
I am a regular shopper at Canal Walk, but today I am highly disappointed in the service I received at your shopping center... I went to pay my ticket and scanned my pick n pay slip and paid R8 after discount , I took as I bent down to take a R2 out and my R10 change, being highly pregnant and suffering from scoliosis this took its time.... Took a step back and got up to get my card and it was taken. I sent my husband in and asked for help and they directed us to the people in the golf carts they then directed us to entrance to, ****y and unhelpful insisted we pay R50 for a lost ticket. I am really disgusted and lost faith, facing covid every cent counts and the fact that someone took my ticket and I still had to pay for a new one angers me...
I worked a full day today and had no time to get breakfast, lunch or supper. I make my way to McDonald's at Westgate Mall (Mitchell's Plain) at 22:15pm there are a few cars in front of me I wait... I order my meal and proceed to wait very very long wait, with my toddler and baby in the car... I pay and finally get my food at 23:05... burger is cold and chips I question it and the guy thats serving ignores me and goes on with his business, he took my slips as well and didnt return it, all proof I have is the slips on the burger boxes... I get home and sit to have my meal and it taste so horrible none of us can eat it, dry, cold and tasteless, chips are soft and cold and taste like it was refried. On the burger boxes slips says burger was made at 22:29pm and we recieved at 23:05pm.. Not acceptable and to make matters worse my sons drink was not added to his meal... THANK YOU MCDONALD'S WESTGATE MALL, MY FAMILY WILL GO TO BED HUNGRY TONIGHT, BE SURE TO FIND US AT YOUR DOORSTEP IN THE MORNING...
I purchased a Hisense phone for my dads 70th birthday less than 3 months ago... then on the 15th June the phone switched off and he immediately told me and I said I will take it in to the store the very next day. The next day I take it in and they tell me they going to book it to have it assessed, already on that she tells me they might charge me R300 for assessment, I was like "since when, the phone is still new and clearly its under warranty still" In any case she takes it and books i***** been 2 weeks since then and heard nothing so I went into the store to quarry, they cashier (Michelene) called to do a follow up, and they state that they cannot fix the phone because the phone was tampered with "someone tried to open it" By now I am fuming because I know for a fact that is a lie, no1 touched the inside of the phone only them, I continue to ask for proof and she says they can only give it to me on Monday, from now until Monday anything can happen create tampering... I feel that this is a money making scheme and I want my money back or another phone or I am taking this further to the public protector. I mean less than 3 months and they want me to pay for a broken phone my word this is not on... Also upon booking the phone we asked does this phone have the issue of switching off, and the cashier who booked the phone said she does not know, but in her records there was a man who booked his phone for the same problem and he was also told to b pay a fee to fix his phone... Day light robbery, this matter better be sorted out soon.
As long as I am on medical Aid I have been using Pathcare fpr blood works and if its not one thing its the other, like causing my newborn to bleed all overthe me and second time bruising his finger, messing up his blood and having to draw all the time due to negligence and thats just the start of it... My problem this time however, is that I am being forced to pay an account my medical aid wont cover because pathcare has used the wrong ICD codes... I feelbit if unfair, as I went in to their rooms to quarry it and wasI told tohim refer back to my doctor... My doctor showed them she gave the right codes and they agreed, now almost 6 months later I have to bare the burn due to their negligence... I am not happy and feel this bill needs to be sorted out as it was not my fault.
I went all to excited into Dion wired Canal walk to buy myself a new microwave... All the way from Mitchells Plain to Canal Walk... At the till when I purchased it, I asked the cashier if he can open it for me to see if its condition is perfect, I have all right to ask, I work hard for my money... He continues to reply saying its not necessary the manufacturer seals it and there is nothing wrong... I return home to take it out of the box and plug it in, to find the door is not aligned and the front keypad and door has scratches. At this point I am fuming as I need a microwave, I call the shop and I speak to more than one person before getting to the manager. He tells me you must bring it in, I ask him how are you going to compensate me for traveling up and down after I asked to see the microwave before walking out... I demanded that someone come replace the microwave, because it is a effort and costly for me to drive up and down and it was their mistake, and they refused! Very disappointed in a store with such a status. Dont just please your customers with a smile, going the extra mile is out the door.
After writing my last review on hello peter regarding Telkom... Nothing has come of it.. I dont have ana account with them and they still harassing me telling they are handing me over for not paying... What must I pay I owe them nothing... STOP STEALING AND LEACETHE ME ALONE ITS BEEN MORE THAN A YEAR...NOTE I have emailed the public protector she has responded.
My husband bought me a Fossil watch at American Swiss in Canal walk. He waited to give it to me on my birthday. Once I recieved the watch I picked up that one of my stones are not set so I sent it back to have the stone set... 3 weeks later I go back to find out about my watch if its done they say no its not... I go again at the 6th week only to find my watch at the back. I look at my watch and still the stone is not set, it looks exactly the same... I stood in the shop for 2 hours and not, eventually one of the girls told me that I must take my watch back with me and the Wednesday she will get me a new watch in and sheits will. send me pictures before I pick up to make sure I am happy... It has been 3 week and not even a phone call... At this point I am fumming its not a cheap watch and its hard earned money... I dont want this watch anymore and going in to shop they are no help to me also. Disgusted at service, I want my money back andin they, can and keep the watch.
