Fish 7in1 rubbish product

I bought the finish 7 in 1 powder and it's horrible, I emailed the company and no news back yet. My dishes has a layer of white on it and have to use steel wool to get it off.

Loyal to the brand I bought the tablets after this debacle, what am I supposed to do with the bottle of rubbish. I took pictures of my dishes. I am not the only person going through this.
