I purchased a new Bosch dishwasher on the 22nd of September 2022. At that time a promotion by Finish was being advertised of a free R1000 gift with ANY new Bosch dishwasher. After the purchase registered proof of purchase on Finish website as required. I was surprised to receive no acknowledgement after the registration. It’s been two weeks and not a peep from them, and it seems that they are conveniently forgetting about their commitment. It seems to me that this is really misleading/fraudulent advertising and I wonder why Bosch would allow their name to be involved in something like this. By the way I see that some other people have experienced similar problems.

I would reccomend for their excellent customer service. Which of the other makers of water tanks deliver to your door the day after you've made an EFT payment. Delivery was from their factory in Boksburg to Welkom in the FS (about 300 km) free of charge. Great service isn't dead after all !! Great stuff guys, it really was pleasure doing business with you. Will reccomend you to anyone in need of a water tank.
I would not advise anybody to invest in Discovery fixed deposits. Getting your money out at maturity is challenging, in large part owing to not very effective staff, but also their very restrictive banking app. It has just taken me a week to get access to a fixed deposit that had matured, and then I still have to get their permission to up the daily limit (another 24 hours) before I can actually move the money back to my bank account. This is really pathetic. I will never do business with Discovery Bank again. I would rather put my money under the mattrass. If this is the best Hylton Kallner can do maybe he should move on.

Since then i've been getting harrassing phone calls telling me that I'm in arrears. Numerous e-mails proving yhe cancellation just dont the desired action. A clection company seems to be involved at this stage. By far the WORST MOST INCOMPETENT customer service I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED.

I'm on a 1 year 1Mbps fibre contract that expires end of March 2021. My monthly subscription suddenly changed from R399 to R449 this month. I want to know why this was done as it is illegal to unilaterally change the terms (either the price or duration) of a contract, My attempts to get a response from Mweb on this matter are proving to be unsuccessful. I've sent two e-mails to to Scott Ross at Mweb.
The Pick n Pay store in Welkom does not heed any mandatory GOVID19 prevention measures like sanitizing and wearing of masks. Complaints to the management do not help and shoulders get shrugged. This is shameful and immediate action must be taken or I will get the authorities involved.
My HP printer had a problem 5 months into warranty and had to be sent away for repair. I was told turnaround time would be 10-14 days, it is now over 3 weeks. The person I dealt with, MJ Castro makes no effort to keep me up to date and is even very tardy in returning calls. Bad adverti*****t as it tells you that after sales service is not important to them. They do not even deserve one star and will never see at any IC store again.
Telkom is the worst company to deal with in RSA. I terminated my ISP service with them for end March 2020. They just kept on billing me for two months. After hours on the phone and online chat they eventually conceded that they owed me a sizable credit and I received a statement with a due date of latest 13 June 2020. To date no credit has been received. Their service is beyond pathetic and I will NEVER do business with them again. They don't even deserve one star. Eugene Schoeman.
