I have had absa activate on 2 of my cars for almost 2 years, I’ve called gone to check the telematics and nothing has changed The trips don’t update regularly or in real time I’ve been put on hold for an hour no call back no response It’s ridiculous that I’m paying for insurance and a tracker that doesn’t work correctly and on both my cars. I’ve tried to be nice but this has gone too far I’m highly annoyed and disappointed in the service and professional support they supposed to provide What more do I have to do when the tracker hasn’t updated in 10 days how dangerous is it for a woman to be driving or trying to put a claim in and can’t show where the car was or is at that time. ****ed off client
