I’ve had this device now for 2 years since I bought my car well 2 cars actually and this tracer device has never worked properly I was advised to replace the device in both cars and still nothing is working. Now the app has stopped working completely saying I don’t have cars on the tracking app What kind of terrible service is this Absolutely ridiculous
this is the second time ive had to resort to complaining on this platform about absa activate app that doesnt work properly it doesnt update trips at all and misses trips. i have 2 cars with this tracker and really its pathetic to offer ppl this and we pay for it and it doesnt work!!!! i have sent them 4 emails and nothing!!!!! my app hasnt worked in a week!!!!!!!! what do i have to do to get this damn stupid app working properly
I have complained about ABSA activate app numerous times, received an email to say the tech team is working on the problem that was 3 days ago. I can’t even open the app and when it does open the trips sit on zero with me unable to see any trips prior or current. I have had about enough of this run around don’t put out an app on your insurance if it’s not working but gladly taking my money every single month
This is now my 3rd review here on my complaint of ABSA ACTIVATE app that still doesn’t work, I got promised to give them 24 hours to sort the issue my trip is still sitting on the 16june of which I got about 30+ of the same trip. I will allow them. To try and fix this terrible app until Monday there after I will be taking my business elsewhere and I am not the only one I’m sick and tired of the same thing over and over
I have my insurance with ABSA for my car which entails me to have their tracker called absa activate installed and I have had nothing but the run around no help no support. There is nothing wrong with the device but with the app itself. Ive tried numerous times to call the customer care and nothing absolutely nothing no call backs nothing. Its appalling that absa is quick to take your money but can’t get an app to work properly My app hasn’t updated since the 14 June and to top that off I get 30 of the same trip on the app I would much rather go to another insurance company as this is disgusting and terrible service
I have had absa activate on 2 of my cars for almost 2 years, I’ve called gone to check the telematics and nothing has changed The trips don’t update regularly or in real time I’ve been put on hold for an hour no call back no response It’s ridiculous that I’m paying for insurance and a tracker that doesn’t work correctly and on both my cars. I’ve tried to be nice but this has gone too far I’m highly annoyed and disappointed in the service and professional support they supposed to provide What more do I have to do when the tracker hasn’t updated in 10 days how dangerous is it for a woman to be driving or trying to put a claim in and can’t show where the car was or is at that time. ****ed off client
