Selling damage/bad quality goods.
I bought a video cable to connect my laptop to my tv. It work only twice. Active Systems refuse to refund or replace the cable. I handed the cable in and waited more than 2 months for feedback. Went there today to find out what is the holdup, only to be told the warranty is voided. There was no manager/owner or \big boss"as the employees refer to him"

This is the first time in 18 years of supporting us that you have an issue and you decide to voice it publicly without telling everyone WHY we wouldn't replace the item, when there is a very valid reason. We have had numerous years of a fantastic partnership and you know we are not unreasonable. I will send you an email shortly in regards to this incident and once again detailing why we can unfortunately NOT replace this particular battery. I will however talk to the owner and see if we can resolve this matter for you in some way. I have no desire or need to defend Active Systems on Google or Hello Peter, but you have the right to air your opinion and feelings. Also, I really don't think it is necessary to speak badly about someone's character (owner) or make assumptions when you know absolutely nothing about them - that is just distasteful.
I hope you have a wonderful future relationship with Cape PC Services - they are fantastic!
