<p>You think it would be easy for an company that sole purpose are to enable communication, to do exactly that.</p> <p> </p> <p>My line I use for business have been down for a couple of days. That means a couple of things, I can't make or received calls and use the internet to respond on emails etc. So in the short version I am losing income due to a company that don't do the only thing they suppose to do. </p> <p> </p> <p>By all honesty I do understand that an techician won't be able to pitch 5min after you report an fault. But after how many calls and "escalations" will you know if there are somebody on there way to fix your telephone line? The line you are paying for while not getting income because you can't be reached by your customers. </p> <p> </p> <p>My biggest frustration is not that the line is down and out of order, but the lack of customer service from Telkom. </p> <p> </p> <p>You have to explain them the whole situation from the start everytime you call them. Everytime the estimated time change with a day or two. They have hundreds of excuses why they can't reach the techician and he will come when he comes. So besides not having a working line, I have to stay at the property for in case the techician might arrive.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like the main telecommunication company, Telkom, to just be better at communication between their employees and customers. I hope I am not asking for too much. Am I?</p>
<p>Almost everytime I try to use the Capitec ATM in Eikestad Mall, it's out of order. The fee for depositing money is 90c more for every R100 inside the branch (R1.70 for R100) than the ATM (80c for R100).</p> <p> </p> <p><br />The staff at the Eikestad Capitec branch refused that I can deposit my money for the same fee as the ATM deposito, even with the ATM not working. They said there are other cash-accepting ATM's in town and should rather used that if I don't want to pay the higher branch fee.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />So that leaves me with a few questions:</p> <p><br />1. Who responsiblity is an "Out of order" ATM?</p> <p>2. Who will cover the extra expenses (higher bank cost, fuel, parking, time comsumed etc) that I paid for?</p> <p>3. How can I know if an ATM is out of order before reach it? I don't want to carry cash and be unable to deposit it.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I feel that in the case of an ATM not working and it is during operating hours for the nearest branch, that a client must be charge inside the branch the same as would been charged at the ATM.</p>
The service with Axxess I am paying for, is not up to standard, I am not even reaching half the speed I am paying for.<br> <br> In fact I am paying additional fees due to Axxess billing me separately for my ADSL line and uncapped internet after going for the combo option.<br> <br> Their \24/7 ADSL Support"is non-responsive and I have been waiting several days in the past before receiving any feedback from Axxess.<br> <br> I am utterly disappointed in their service and attitude after being recommended by a friend to use Axxess as my ISP."""
I bought a video cable to connect my laptop to my tv. It work only twice. Active Systems refuse to refund or replace the cable. I handed the cable in and waited more than 2 months for feedback. Went there today to find out what is the holdup, only to be told the warranty is voided. There was no manager/owner or \big boss"as the employees refer to him"
