Very poor customer service from Ad-Hoc Plumbers
The worst plumbers I've ever experienced. They came to my house to do a burst geyser assessment for the insurance. They changed the story that the issue is with my solar panel installation and that's the reason that it burst. I disputed their analysis as I've had the solar system for 4 years now and the geyser was already 8 years old. To make things worse, they took five days to submit the report to the Nedbank Insurance, while my family haven't had hot water for a week now. Ad Hoc Plumbers do not deserve to be called plumbers

Poor service delivery.
Poor feedback. Amanda is very rude. The plumber they recommended gave her and me conflicting feedback. Ad-hoc Plumbers invoiced ABSA before the second visit by the plumber was concluded. Amanda told me to take my problem up with the plumber myself even though he is contracted to them.

Ad Hoc Plumbers Pretoria are the worst!
Ad Hoc Plumbers are the worst along with ABSA Insurance! After about 6 calls and many promises nobody has pitched up as yet for a geyser problem! They keep on promising! Worst of all is the lady that answers the calls after hours are very very rude!

AD-HOC PLUMBERS WITBANK Give us the best service, the technician assigned to the work was very professional, Paint and ceiling work was done to perfection. Good quality work. I would recommend them to all that is in need of plumbing and paint work! Keep-up the good work Jacob, well done!

HORRIBLE SERVICE SUPPLIER
These guys DON'T even deserve one star. Our gyser was leaking water and we called them to come assist. They came, after they left the gyser went back to leaking again. This time around water was now leaking into the house in the ceiling. We called they came back again after they left WATER LEAKED through the ceiling in to the house. The entire bathroom was full of water, light bulbs carpets, washing machine, EVERY SINGLE thing was soaking! The most annoying part about these guys is that the moment they get to your house they already negociate for a under carpet price and for you not to do it through the book. They also ask to use the toilet and then all of a sudden your pipes are faulty. Two different guys asked to use the toilet then our baisen was all of a sudden faulty (surprisingly they both did not flush after having asked to use the toilet) the third guy asked to use the other bathroom and then all of a sudden the baisin was blocked and he was willing to unblock it for a under carpet price when my husband refused he left it blocked. Now we were left with both baisins not working and water is leaking even more. We have had to shut water from the main water supply. DON'T EVER CALL THESE GUYS THEY ARE HORRIBLE
