Nonsense Service
Fedex does not even deserve one star rating. They are PATHETIC! I placed orders on shein and my order was allocated to them. 1stly on the day I received notification that my order will be delivered, it was not delivered. The Driver did not call and later updated the status to Abnormal delivery. The following day another notification on my oder being delivered was sent. The Driver still did not call me and I got a notification that tje order is delivered. I did not receive the order and I don’t know who did! I called to ask and i had been told they will contact me. I called them 4 good times checking on any updates however there wS nothing! The only thing i was told the driver can not be found from 14:00 to 17:30! The driver could not be found!! The most annoying part is that both orders were R3500+ I honestly am DISAPPOINTED and would NEVER recommend them to anyone! I am also definitely alerting Shein on the nonsense service we are receiving from Fedex🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮

HORRIBLE SERVICE SUPPLIER
These guys DON'T even deserve one star. Our gyser was leaking water and we called them to come assist. They came, after they left the gyser went back to leaking again. This time around water was now leaking into the house in the ceiling. We called they came back again after they left WATER LEAKED through the ceiling in to the house. The entire bathroom was full of water, light bulbs carpets, washing machine, EVERY SINGLE thing was soaking! The most annoying part about these guys is that the moment they get to your house they already negociate for a under carpet price and for you not to do it through the book. They also ask to use the toilet and then all of a sudden your pipes are faulty. Two different guys asked to use the toilet then our baisen was all of a sudden faulty (surprisingly they both did not flush after having asked to use the toilet) the third guy asked to use the other bathroom and then all of a sudden the baisin was blocked and he was willing to unblock it for a under carpet price when my husband refused he left it blocked. Now we were left with both baisins not working and water is leaking even more. We have had to shut water from the main water supply. DON'T EVER CALL THESE GUYS THEY ARE HORRIBLE

House and Home Kolonnade, they don't even deserve one star this store is THE WORST! don't waste your time and money I bought a bed and was told it is in the warehouse but will be in store in two days time. When i went to collect the bed, the bed was nowhere to be found and the manager said she would call and that did not happen👎👎👎.I went again the following day then was told the bed is out of stock but they will get me one in Krugersdrop. The next thing i was told the bed is not available and has been discontinued. I waited a good two weeks for a bed that did not exist. I had to fight to get a refund the brunch manger is just as PATHETIC. He did not assist in anyway HORRIBLE store SIESS🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
