Shocking service and management
I wish I had check on hellopeter before contracting this company to do paving on a small patio and around a small pool. Graham promised everything saying he had a lot of experience, and everything would be perfect. This man is full of promises, and nothing gets done. It took over 6 weeks to complete with him making every excuse imaginable as to why it was taking so long. Nothing was his fault. His workers would pitch at odd times during the day and some days not at all. On the 17th of March I asked his workers to leave the project and take their tools with them. Graham was round to the house within 2 hours begging to be allowed to finish and everything would change. Nope, it didn't He eventually said he was finished 2 weeks later. After they left, we had to chisel the grout out in front of the French windows because they wouldn't open and some of the last tiles laid were on sand only, no cement. The pool was left with a lot of cement at the bottom. Shocking service and management. I couldn't wait to see the back of him.

Terrible service, terrible person
I had the misfortune of dealing with the company, Graham came in saying they can do it all and had been in business for many years. But in reality the job they did for us clearing the garden, redoing the lighting in garden and refurbing the pool was a total disaster. The pool they worked without the correct tools, used my items even using my pool broom to sweep out the pool no regard for the client. They fitted cables for lighting which we purchased afterwards only to discover they had installed incorrect cables. Graham became aggressive when I didn't want to choose pavers he makes himself and tried to source what we wanted and he refused to use my suppliers and brought in coping for pool at a higher price. Grahams quotes went up as he saw fit depending on how he thought he could push his luck and this left us not actually knowing what the project would cost, no breakdown of materials and labour which was difficult to understand then insisted we pay what he said we owed without actually providing evidence of costs to him. This man is desperate for business and will take what he can from you with no regard for your circumstances. We were happy to see the back of him and may well have to call in actual experts to fix what he did. Please stay away a no no when you want a good job done. Unethical business practice.

Adams Gardens irrigation rip-off
I was charged R1150.00 to have my irrigation tested and fixed. Graham replaced one head at the main switch and blocked off one head of a sprinkler. We had to re-test and replace everything ourselves at our own cost. Total waste of money.
