U Print Digital Direct has to rely on their immature son to handle business
If you want to buy a printing system from a family owned business where THE PEOPLE WHO BUY THE SYSTEM have try to give each other support on the system, then please do spend your money. If you have to pay for upgrades that you were never told you would have to, please spend your money. If you want to deal with a little boy who always tries to make a snide remark and reprimands you for daring to make an after hours pone call when their system is giving problems, then please spend your money. If you get kicked off their group because you dared to discuss their upgrade policy on that group, then please spend your money.
