I contacted via email Ad**** regarding Plush Microwave oven cleaner on the 28th November I received a email back from Nicole McKenzie telling me that the product would be uplifted which is was a couple of days later. I waited for feedback and in December sent another email to Nicole McKenzie around the 9th December 2024 but still know reply around later in December I sent another email to her and returned email said she would be on leave until the 13th January. On the 15th January 2025 after not hearing from her I sent another email and was told by her a hamper was delivered to me the 1st week of December. I sent her a email stating I have not received any hamper the first week December and went on holiday myself on the 9th December 2024.. since the 15th January there have been emails to Nicole stating she did an investigation and apologized and that she has upgraded the hamper and it would be delivered Monday the 20th January. In to emails to her I told her I was on holiday and would only be back 19th January and if she wanted to rather wait until I got back. In the interim I asked my neighbour if he would be in on Monday and receive the parcel from the couriers which he said yes and gave Nicole the option for delivery but asked her to let me know as I didn't want my neighbour to be inconvenienced in any way. As of today I have not heard from her. I feel as a big company as Ad**** this is bad communication. PLEASE NOT I AM ONLY AVAILABLE VIA EMAIL OR WHATSAPP AS I AM ON HOLIDAY STILL. Thank you.
