***** and money laundering
This company it's running money laundering under Telvuka call center there are exploitating employees and they are taking encetives from employees. They don't allow labour unions because they know very well that the don't follow labour acts. They captured CCMA and if you take them to ccma it's waste of time because they bribe commissioners.

Currupt labour brokers
This company does not take employees seriously and they don't contribute any provident fund. What they do it's to place you under *****ulent contract which it's regarded as permanent but when you leave the company you get nothing. I don't recommend anyone to join this company it's best when coming to exploiting workers. They don't want union and since I started working there no dept of labour representative ever visited this company. They own ccma only labour court can assist don't trust ccma if you have a case against this labour brokers.

Adcorp Group it's one of the worst company to work for, I started working for this company 2012 under Quest as temp staff and 2019 section 197 implemented moved to Funxiono as an ongoing and 2024 another section 197 implemented *****ulently now every employee started working long ago change as we started last year February all years we worked forfeited. We had basic salary since 2012 never increased till today and we were getting incentive last year *****ulently decided to take 90% of our incentive and give us 10% and Cell c as the main client it's aware but they don't say anything. This company the don't care about employees only care about profits. They don't contribute anything besides uif, the way you hired you will leave the way no longer service or provident funds but on contract your permanent. This company it's arrogant and they are protected al***** even ccma they have connections they rather pay bribe instead of paying employee for employees to end up losing a case. They are doing money laundering and ***** by taking employees incentives under Cell c as there clients but they do nothing.

Watch out for their ****; they’re just trying to rip you off. They’ll always come back asking for extra money for taxes and liquidation. I filed my case with lilo grace 75 @ gmail C0M. and got my investment and profits refunded. Watch out for their ****; they’re just trying to rip you off. They’ll always come back asking for extra money for taxes and liquidation. I filed my case with lilo grace 75 @ gmail C0M. and got my investment and profits refunded. Don't work at any of these companies as an independant contractor, fixed term or perm employee. You will be left without a job. Bul****, belittled, ostracised, threatened, character ********ations, force you out, put you on PIP so that they cna have a 'legal' reason to get rid of you. This organization needs to be taken to Labour Court and fined.

Adcorp and Kelly does not want to give my ui19 and Salary Schedule, I tried all I can, Calls and emails. I even escalated to Department of Labour. Brenda Matlaopane is not really assisting.. Her line just rings alone.
