Omg! I can't believe the nerve of these people, to actually post this and knowing the fact that there was such a big complaint and concern about this meal today. Firstly my family and I loved eating here but after today's service we won't be going there again. Secondly our waitress was very not interested she literally left our starters on the table and walked away.then we noticed she brought the wrong order then we had to wait for assistance to change the order
Secondly we ordered the thermidor- most 🤢 thing ever the crayfish was not cleaned, the scooped all the flesh of the crayfish out they left a few strands of flesh in to make you think the flesh is there and stuffed the crayfish with cheese, garlic and a few mushroom bits
Thirdly- we complained so many times about the food but nothing was done about it ,we complained to the floor supervisor right up to the manager, he just apologized and no action was taken , after eating the meal we actually felt sick , we paid for eating the dirt of the crayfish which was R750 per kg ,the manager did not offer any compensation or anything all he said was thanks for the support we appreciate no interest whatsoever Very disappointed and disgusted with adega at gateway today🤮🤮🤮🤮no action has been taken into consideration as yet from yesterday 13 November 2022
