Adept billed me while I was not set up with for connectivity, meaning that we have not used any service from as of yet. At first the process was at a standstill due to an active line with Vumatel for a previous tenant, once Vumatel activated our line we had issues with setting up our connection and later discovered our router was incompatible for connection that’s where the process stopped. We have never used Adept ICT service but we were billed and threatened with attorneys.
