AdeptIT is my fibre service provider. On Sunday morning (10/11/2019) I had issues with streaming content on Youtube , Netflix etc (I noticed the issue at 06:50). Called the support number and was informed by the guy on support that they were aware of an issue affecting streaming. My cell number was noted and I was promised to be informed when the issue was resolved. At 4pm i had not heard back from them so decided to call them back. Was told their 'engineers' were busy looking at the issue, and i would definitely be informed when the issue was resolved. At 6:30pm, I decide to try streaming, and the issue was resolved. No notification. This was essentially downtime for an entire day, and not a SINGLE notification was sent out to customers. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service.
